And what do you need next to grow with clarity, not burnout?

Reading your stage is one thing. Talking it through with someone who can see what you can't is another.
Let's get on the phone.
More Than a Community. A Place to Build Without Building Alone.

Hi there,
The Black Women Collective started in 2021, when a group of us in the Greater Toronto Area turned a pandemic-era meetup into something bigger. What began as a place to share resources and honest advice is now a movement built around mentorship, access, and mutual uplift. That's the whole idea behind us. When one crown is fixed, we all stand taller.
I hated the transactional way business gets taught, the sell-at-you stuff. I believe people buy from and work with people they know and like. So everything inside BWC starts with relationship, not a pitch.
A lot of us don't have the built-in mentorship other people take for granted. The cousin who's a lawyer. The uncle who's an accountant. Someone in the family who just knows things and tells you quietly over dinner. BWC is that missing piece: coaching, mentorship, accountability, and community. Because you were never meant to build alone, wherever you are in your business right now.
Always with you,
Allison
Here are answers to a few questions
I hear most often about the quiz.
It's built off the real patterns I see in the women I coach. Your result isn't a label, it's a starting point for what to focus on next.
Then that's worth sitting with. Where does that reaction come from? Sometimes the result we resist is the one that's most true.
No. Every result page gives you a real next step you can take on your own. The call is there if you want to go deeper, not because you have to.
Yes. If you're feeling the pull but haven't started, that's the Vision Builder season, and it's a real one.
This isn't generic. It's built around where you actually are, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
These women stopped guessing,
found clarity about where they
were, and started moving forward.
